Some support please or suggestions to resolve my echo problem.
I am using Skype to bring people into vMix either in video or just audio, everything is fine, the Skype callers can hear me perfectly.
If I just bring my mic in without the Skype callers, no echo!
But, if I add my mic as an input into vMix alonh with the Skype callers I start to get an echo, the viewers say the guests are ok but when I talk there is an echo. I don't understand the Bus thing (A & B etc) even though I've tried all sorts.
Any ideas how to resolve this please?

The first step in my diagnostic tests would be to see which audio input you have to mute in order to kill your echo when you talk.
If it's the Skype input then that suggests that your audio (which you're sending to your guest) is being picked up by their microphone and sent back to you (with a delay), so they either need to use headphones/earbuds, set their speaker volume lower, or get their microphone closer to their mouth (or re-positioning the speakers) to improve the separation between the voice level the mic picks up and the level of your return audio that it picks up from their speakers.

Thanks for replying, I will test that. Usually they wear headphone but tonight some guests didn't. I personally don't go live with my mic so no issues, but I tonight I did go live, and hence the issue.
When I turned my mic off, no echo. Only an echo when I go through vMix!

I notice that when I have my mic connected via LineIN (PC) and as Audio interface in vMix there is a slight latency, so I can not listen to my self speaking - If you have input into your pc via windows and via vmix call that introduces echo (at least for me) since sound trough Windows is zero latency, trough vMix you get some latency that is heard as an echo.
Is there a way to have zero latency in vMix?

Do a google search for 'Adding Skype to vMix'...there are a number of tutorials on this..Tom Sinclair of Streaming Idiots has a very detailed video on how to do it on a single PC, and on two PCs....just do a search... Try here https://www.vmix.com/kno...h-return-video-and-audio
