I followed this link https://www.vmix.com/kno...pture-devices-with-vmix. I followed the steps and cannot figure out why the Elgato Camlink shows nothing but red fuzzy lines across my output screen. I have a Canon 77D DSLR camera and a Canon Vixia HFM31 video camera that I'd like to use for live streaming. This is the picture I see. Screenshot (79).png (900kb) downloaded 1 time(s).. I have tried adjusting the VMix output settings as well as the input settings multiple times and just can't figure out how to get rid of the red lines. When I switch to the Elgato Game Capture HD, it shows this error message every time Screenshot (80).png (117kb) downloaded 2 time(s).. Some help would be much appreciated.
