Covid-19 concerns working alone: Two things would help very much:

1. In vMix Call: Most presenters use PowerPoint. Is there a way a vMix Caller could either: a) press one button to send a signal to the vMix operator to change the slide, or better, b) find a way for the Presenter to trigger a "shortcut" that changes the slide.

2. Related to the above: Is there a way that the IP address for Web Controller could be sent over the public internet? Reason: vMix can be controlled by a single operator, but it is sure helpful to have someone running audio and someone else handling graphics, such as titles. With virus concerns, helpers are now working from home offices over public internet. As it is now, Web Controller only works on a local subnet mask.

Web Controller can be accessed from anywhere. You "just" need to open the port on your router/firewall and NAT it to the vMix machine.

As an alternative, the powerpoint can be shown online by the presenter and captured via the url using the webpage as source. This way the presenter has full controll.

Technically, if you have them connect to your site via VPN, they can be on your local subnet.

WebRTC may support this, but there are serious impediments. For legit security reasons, it's not trivial to get KVM remote access within a web browser.

Have you considered simply asking for the PPTX so you can run it locally for the speaker?

While on the subject of PPTX, I really like the little PPT-NDI applet. It's a free PPTX player that encodes the presentation into an NDI stream. Very handy.
