I am streaming at 30 FPS. my two sources are both sending to vMix at 60fps.

When I add them as inputs should they be set to 30fps even though they send via HDMI at 60FPS to vMix?

When adding an input to vMix, its settings should match what the capture device is receiving, usually the same as the camera output.
Note however that most major camera brands (Sony, Canon, Panasonic etc) send out 29.97 or 59.94 even if they say 60 or 30, so
selecting those instead is ideal.
