i open a youtube video link in web browser input, i am trying to sign in to my youtube account in the preview window, but a notice window pops up saying "couldn't sign you in, the browser that you are using doesn't support java script, or has java script turned off"
i tried everything, enable the java script in browser settings, reinstall java, reinstall chrome. but still same error

if you have disabled programs running in the background this can cause this issue.

I had all programs running in the background turned off and the twitch and YouTube popups were always empty for me, until I un-did that.
