Hello guys,

I was wondering if it was possible in vMix to have the ACTIVE input duplicated?

So if I select the same input in the preview I can edit it without modifying what is currently live.

OBS has this option and it is super handy.

Duplicate active input

Thanks for your help

Thanks for the reply but that doesn't answer my initial request :)
I can't duplicate all input when I do a transition.
I need vMix to do it silently for me (like OBS Studio does)

Yes. It does. You can duplicate any input, including one with multiple layers. Right-click over the cog and select "Create Virtual Input."

Sure but that's not very handy at all, especially during live stream ;)
