We are using JWPlayer, and trying to give our viewers the VOD controls, pause, play, and rewind.

In JWPlayer documentation is sad: "Setup your encoding solution to enable DVR recording"

Can I do that with vMix?

Stream to boxcast and you will have a DVR of the entire live show.
