I would like to suggest adding triggers that might be easy to add such as :

OnConnectionError - This way a title can be automatically added or to change sources automatically.
OnConnectionSuccess - When the feed starts to work again this way a trigger can switch to that input automatically.

Right now when theres a connection error a text apears on the input source - connection error so the source knows how to identify such an issue, and when the connection reconnects it disappears so that means it can identify the reconnection as well.
