Video Delay
Need detail explanation now to get a constant 5-second output delay. I know there are some forum Q and A on this subject. My issue is they talk about using Video Delay or Instant Replay but I cannot find an explanation to do a constant delay of the output.
I am setting up a live stream to Youtube using external service doing Closed Captioning (CC). They have requested that I need to delay the video by 5 seconds. The Audio is sent to the CC company via Skype. They encode the audio to text and send it to Youtube to merge with my Video Feed. They also send the text back to me, which I can then merge with my video to display on a projector screen.
In a previous question, richardgatarski helped me set up two outputs, Thanks for the help.

As you said, use Instant Replay. You just start recording with it and then put the Replay A to output. You can change the delay same way you can "scroll" through time with regular videos under the Program window.
