I"ve added a Reolink C-1 Pro to my network and I can find it in the lan, but when I try to bring it up in vMix (under NDI or Webpage), vMix locks up and I cant do anything. anyone have insight? Thanks.

Cameras like that are not NDI sources. You should add them as an RTMP/RTSP stream as described here: https://www.vmix.com/help22/index.htm?Stream.html
