Hi,
I have 2 PCs running vMix, One output NDI video, another one received it. They are both connected to the same cisco 3750E switch. The problem is in the receiving end, source dropped value keeps increased and the NDI video is a bit lagged. Both PC's CPU, memory and network usage are low. Do you have any idea where should I look for to find the root cause? what is the minimum requirement for NDI?

my network guy confirm that there is no packet drop in the switch. The PC config is : CPU i7-7700, 16GB ram, windows 10 64-bit, NVIDIA geForce GTX 1060 3GB. Still can't find out what went wrong.

any file transfers happening at times by any chance ?

Any switch is unlikely to drop packets. At first glance it sounds like one or both of the ends are only connected at 100mbit, due to cabling or connection issues.
This is actually surprisingly common so it is worth double checking even if you are sure both are gigabit.
The easiest way is to run PowerShell in Windows and run this command:
Get-NetAdapter | where Status -eq "Up" | select InterfaceDescription, LinkSpeed

Both ends are 1Gb connection. I have reviewed NewTek website for the requirement of NDI. Those PCs fulfill all requirements. Still wondering what goes wrong.

Did you run the powershell to double check? While the cable, network cards and switches
can appear to be gigabit, sometimes issues will cause them to connect at 100mbps, so you will need to double check to be sure.

Below is output of the both ends Get-NetAdapter | where Status -eq "Up" | select InterfaceDescription, LinkSpeed InterfaceDescription LinkSpeed -------------------- --------- Intel(R) Ethernet Connection (5) I219-LM 1 Gbps Get-NetAdapter | where Status -eq "Up" | select InterfaceDescription, LinkSpeed InterfaceDescription LinkSpeed -------------------- --------- Broadcom NetXtreme Gigabit Ethernet 1 Gbps I have updated vMix to version 23. But still no luck.
