@ Emmynet

Basically, you need to create a mask in another program (white circle on a black background) and bring that into vMix as an Image Input and then use that as the Key/Fill Input (in "Colour Key" tab) of your Camera Input.
Create Mask:
- this can be done using the FREE Paint or Paint 3D program included in Windows 10
- best to use a canvas the same size as your vMix project or at least a 16:9 aspect ratio
- make a large black rectangle that fills the entire canvas (completely black)
- then make a large white circle in the center that will frame you in your camera shot (basically the black will be masked out and the shot will be round)
- save as a PNG to a folder on your hard drive
In vMix:
- Add this PNG mask as an Image Input in vMix
- On your Camera Input (or I might suggest a Virtual Copy of your Camera Input for greater versatility) click the settings cog wheel and go to the Colour Key tab
- In the Key/Fill Input dropdown menu, select the above Image Input you just added
This should provide the effect you want, now all you need to do is size and place it where you want with an Overlay channel.

Or

just create the mask in GT title designer, don't even need the black background , just the white part (can add animation to if if you want :-) )

@ice Stream, thanks for your reply and info but all these still look strange to me, i have search the whole of youtube and asked Adams himself but not reply. I want to do a screen tutorial video where i will be showing my screen and my picture small as an overlay either at the top or below. If you can refer me to a video i can use to achieve that will be so happy. also i have not been able to record my screen.

Its a piece of software that comes with vMix and as the name implies is to create titles

Again google "vmix GT Title designer" and you will find lots of videos about it

In general one has also the little question-mark (?) on the top right of you vMix screen to bring you to https://www.vmix.com/help23/
