After Video ends jump to camera and Audio in studio for guest ?!

i have a live broadcast tv show every monday with 4 cams, and 6 media files (mp4 news flash), and we discuss news that we play in this live...

Whener i play them (1 click layer 1-4) i have to turn layer of to go back to camera ...
Is there a way to click PLAY video and imideatlz after video ends to JUMP back to Camera ?

Also second question ...
In this tv show, we are playing videos(same as abowe) that our guest after that comment ...

is there a way that when we play this video to our guest so they can HEAR the sound ?

Picture they can see on prorgam monitpr, but if i put audio ON ,then i get "Microphonics"
