He Martin,

Nice performance at studiotech. You said you are planning on making a social intergration. And want to know a simple option to approve a tweet. I was thinking maybe you don't search on an hastag but on an account. So the twitter operator searches tweets with a special hastag and when there is a tweet that can be approved he retweets it. This is simple, but maybe really effective.

It's a feature of the overlay channels.
If you set them up as picture and picture, right clicking the activate 1,2,3,4 buttons will expand it to fill the entire window and right click again to shrink it back.
