Hi all!
I have a lower third with an image slot. I want that image slot to rotate through a list of images, changing every 8 seconds or so. By rotate, I'm not talking graphically, but in the broadcast "list of cuts" sense. Once at the bottom of the list it would go back to the start. These images would contain a combination of promo's, show title, and sponsors.
The lower third has multiple fields and another image that will be manually changed for other reasons, so I don't want to use title presets to accomplish this particular rotation as the combinations needed would make for a unwieldy preset list.
I'd love to feed this with a separate set of lists that can be just selected at the appropriate time. The list should be relatively easily changeable without too many steps.
I've been doing some searches and looking around but haven't seen anything definitive. I'm thinking I may have to write up some scripting for this?
Has anyone else done this, and what is/are the best way(s)? I'm getting pretty adept at vMix, but this has got me wrapped around the axle at the moment.

This can be done using Data Sources.
See help manual under Data Sources
and multiple examples in forums.

all are best ways depending on final use goal

Funny thing is, data sources crossed my mind while I was in the car about 15 minutes after posting this question. Thanks for the feedback guys.
I have it running smoothly from an XLSM data source. Now I find myself wanting different elements in the list to display for different lengths, but I'll do some reading to see if I should use a different method to do this and accomplish that. I'm never quite finished ;-)

replicate any image you want on for longer maybe to show some for longer?

That's exactly what we did. Data Source set to 10 seconds, and we duplicate entries in the spreadsheet to make things run longer.
It would be a cool feature to have a field in the sheet set the interval for that row.
