Hi,

Can anyone help me to get my VMix 4K Version 22.69 to output using a Blackmagic Duo "1" card.

I have managed to get the card to output with Blackmagic Media Express.

I know as it is a Duo "1" you can only have 1 in and 1 out, 2 in or 2 out.

I have set my external output on Vmix to External Render and selected Decklink Video Render and set the output to 1080i 50 as the card doesn't support 1080P 50 but I just get a back screen.

Interestingly OBS works outputting to the card.

Hi Frank,

"Decklink Video Render" is not the correct device to select.
Select the option in the dropdown list that matches the cards name and port and it should work.
(For example "Decklink Duo 1" or in some cases "Decklink SDI 1" etc)

Also make sure External button is started and Red in the main vMix interface.

Regards,

Martin
