That's definitely odd. I had a good experience with the Kiloview N2.

Has the reseller/distributor/manufacturer offered any comments or suggestions?

Theres a new firmware for the device - which seem to work. It can only be loaded on a Windows PC to the unit. We tried at first from a Mac with strange error messages.
