In my system i have 2 GPUs (Quadro K4000). It reconfigured without SLI mode. Can i use two hardware encoding modules at same time? How many streams can encoded 1 GPU (and 2 as possible) nvenc module (1080p25 res?

No. vMix does not take advantage of dual GPUs. In fact, the company specifically warns against SLI configurations.
