Consider an Input (A) used as the Key/Fill Input for another Input's (B) Luma key.
If one changes A's position (e.g. zoom in) or colour adjust (e.g. alpha lowered), then those changes are ignored by the Luma keyer.

Maybe I am doing something wrong. Or, perhaps this is the way it is intended to work. IF so, anyone knows why?

This is by design, as these are separate features and aren't used together.

Key and Fill is designed to be used with raw key/fill external sources only, such as a graphics generating system.
It is not related to Luma key which is applied to the main input only.
