Hello,

i hope we can make a layer for background in all inputs without add like an input...

Like a video, photos or an input of the project...

Now there are 1 2 3 etc... Levels for multiview... I propose to add - 1.

I hope you can understand... My english is not very well... Sorry

Good work!

I think I know they want this "-1" Layer/Multi View type option

For me, I pull in a lot of media on the fly, like transparent reaction clips .MOV's or an .MP4 where the aspect ratio doesn't fit right. And if I don't want a black (transparent) background, I have to make a background the main input and then add the image as layer 1 in the multiview. Or I have to create a Virtual Set for the image to change the background. Both of these approaches involve a lot of extra steps and creates a mess of extra inputs cluttering up my panel. Overlays are tricky to use on the fly too, because they won't mix the audio without extra steps and I have to throw the background up first and then go back over to the input to send it as an overlay. Also, if it's a graphic I think I'll use again and want to map it to my Streamdeck, that's not something I want to try setting up in a rush.

I have a few other workarounds that aren't ideal. Whenever I'm dragging a clip or image into vMix, I always wish I could just quickly right click on it and set another input as the background. But being able to set a "-1" in the multiview layers would be a huge improvement to my current workflow and cut down on clutter of needing 2 inputs for every graphic I pull in.
