NDI source visible in vMix, but not in NDI monitor. Why?

I'm dealing with the following issue: a NDI source (generated by CasparCG via Newtek iVGA modified for NDI output) is visible as an input in vMix (and it works allright), but in NDI Studio Monitor and in OBS - although the source can be selected - there's no video in it, just a black screen.

Any idea about the possible reasons and fixes?

One situation I have seen something like this, is multiple IP:s on one interface on sending computer.
