Good afternoon! I need a help with choosing the best vMix settings. I need to broadcast a football match. I have a Canon G30 camcorder (HDMI signals 1080p50 or 1080i50) and capture card Avermedia LGP 2 (which supports capture up to 1080p60). I understand that the ideal stream will be 1080p50, but my laptop not powerful enough for this. So, what settings I need to use for better quality? 1080p25 or I need to use interlays 1080i50 for more smooth picture.

if you can, produce in 1080i50, you have a smoother image for sports and only half of the bandwith.
if you have a bad line, try to stream in 720p.
