Virtual PTZ improvements: sync Pan-Tilt and Zoom, soft in/out, crop positioning using mouse

I am courious to hear the Community and vMix Team feedback on ideas below. They would really increase level of live productions we make using vMix. - Checkbox to enable SYNCHRONISED Pan, Tilt and Zoom action when moving from one Virtual Input (zoomed and pan-tilted (cropped) in specific way) to another Virtual Input from the same camera (zoomed and pan-tilted (cropped) in a different way). I specifically think about 4K input cropped to Full HD for a Full HD production. Without this feature it is not possible to adjust speed of Zoom and speed of Pan&Tilt in such a way to ensure both "movements" will finish at the same time. One movement finishing before cannot be shown on program as it looks terrible. In most cases one see all 3 actions (pan, tilt, zoom) starting together and each finishing separately. Even Pan and tilt never finish together if X transition distance is different from Y transition distance which is almost always the case.
- Checkbox to enable SOFT IN/OUT for Virtual Inputs transitions (no step change in speed). In other words it would be great if computer generated speed profile/curve for Pan&Tilt and for Zoon governing a moving crop could ramp up in initial phase of the movement and ramp down in the final phase. This would give a soft, human-like-operated feel to the viewer. Now it feels like bang-bang controlled PTZ head (bang-bang meaning 0-1 control, not a proportional control). In more advanced scenario PTZ transition from one area of interest to another area of interest within 4K input could even be executed with smooth acceleration not changing in a step manner. This would give impression of a professional camera operator standing behind the camera.
- Ability for live editor to move the crop area of a cropped input (reposition cropped input) by using the mouse and a sequence of click-drag-release ON THE PREVIEW instead of having to go into the Position menu. Fine tuning of cropped input position is often needed on the fly when talents tend to move around a bit and when fixed, wider angle cameras are used to capture them/

Agreed this would be very helpful. We are looking to move to a couple 4k cameras and produce in HD for the time being.

we've just started using 4k cameras and virtual PTZ a lot more and I agree, some curve and synced ending of zoom and p/t would be great. The way it is right now, it is not really usable for live
+1!
