Looking for a way to build a title where 2 data source fields can be merged together to form a single row in the title.
Like this: {source1} x {source2}

You can't directly

Either concatenate in your datasource creation or play with multiple textboxes (right/leftallign)
Depends a lot on what type of data you are talking about of course also, Values is easyer than text to fiddle with
you can of course have some codebehind in XAML titles that could take care of this. Can't do that with GT titles
