Hi

I have been creating a few title sequences by creating several from the same template and changing the text in each, but I can't see how to have a different image on each. For example, I'd like a team badge when showing a player from a particular team. I can update the text strings in the titles, but not the image. Do I have to create a separate template for each different image?

Thanks

IanM

does it contain a Image field ?

For the imagefield you have to specify the image file location or browse for them in the input title editor

or base it on details from a data source (see in help file)

Thanks guys

I have used the data source, although I initially missed having the full path on the images. That works OK, but when I use the browser interface to set up titles, there is no equivalent image option. I can change the text fields and 'Add Preset' to add the strap to the list, but cannot change the image.

I would use datasource just to make your live easier. Also when using a data source you can just have it contain the name and add the location and type around the {0}
thanks 1 user thanked doggy for this useful post.

If you're not seeing the image field in your Title Editor in vMix, you may have set it to Hidden on the Data tab in GT Designer.

Good idea. I didn't know you could do that. It wasn't the problem though, thanks.

Sorry if this is a little off topic. I'm a bit of a newb, but how do you take a template like scoreboard and modify it, so you can save it as your own.

Might have been easier to start a new topic for this...

If they are the old style titles, load the title you need from vMix > titles folder, then use 'Save As' (or copy each of the xaml files in the folder). It might be better to go for the newer GT Designer editor, which has a similar File > Save As option. It is easier to animate than modifying xaml files.

darn IanM beat me to it , but as he said , its a different topic . Also in regard to GT titles, possibility to do so depends on your license regarding animations
