My friend bought the basic version of vMix over I believe a week ago and because of something going wrong with her Hotmail account she couldn't receive any emails. Could you please email me at Kent@fiatministrynetwork.tv or Jennifer@fiatministrynetwork.tv so we can fix this problem. All she needs is the Key. Thank you for your time.

I understand but I had to at least try. We haven't had much luck contacting them. Plus, Hotmail is messing up for a lot of people, not just her.
