I have one question - i don't know why, but i have dropped frames on very simple task (playout and stream) - not from video card, but from video file.
Vidoe file is in 1080p25
Stream in 720p h264 4mbps
Why?

My specs:
I7 8750h + GTX 1060 6GB + 16GB RAM
Hihg input mode enabled
