Input stream - Recommended IP Protocol

In about two weeks we are going to stream from 14 pitches at a soccer tournament.
Are planning to have a stream with all the goals from all pitches - like a goal show.
At each pitch we have a camera and Aviwest Mobile Transmitter (https://www.aviwest.com/). Aviwest can output RTSP, TS, HLS, RTMP and SRT.
Which IP protocol should we use? What is the best input or recommended protocol for vMix?

/Christian rtmp & srt are what most people use. Check with your stream destination provider which one they support.
