I am capturing 1080i video from 4 Black Magic Intensity pro cards, which works fine, but I am having no success in trying to record the output of a 5th BMI Pro.
All cards output a monitor signal of their input - even converting HDMI to YUV and vice versa - but I cannot get a mixed output to record to an external recorder, or even to display on a monitor. I believe I've tried everything, except the "right way" of course, and would welcome advice from anyone who has managed this seemingly impossible feat.

Hi Brian,

There appears to be some difficulty finding the correct settings needed to get the External Output working with DeckLink cards in various situations.
I will be doing some extensive testing over the next couple of weeks of the various output resolutions and formats on the Intensity Pro and report back here with what settings work.

Thanks,

Martin

Please see the following new help entry:

http://www.vmix.com.au/h...putwithIntensityand.html

This provides step by step instructions on using the External Output.

I have tested multiple Intensity Pro cards and can confirm they work with the latest drivers for both Component and HDMI when following the steps above.
The output display tested was a Sony Bravia HD LCD TV
