Before resetting my hardisk to the VMix input, the "MediaLooks MultiGraph Video" device appeared, enabling "show legacy device", and by using it, I was able to capture the video of my automation software. Now after re-installing everything as before, VMix can no longer be found in the "MediaLooks" input. Instead, another program can see it. How can I solve the problem? I await your response as it is quite urgent. Thanks for the help, I wish you a good day! Screen: Another Software: VMix Software: ps: I apologize if I have the wrong section, I am new :). And I'm sorry for my English

Have you tried running both programs with admin rights. I have had similar issue that I could fix with running the programs as an admin in an restricted user account.
