Help: Seeing on Green on Inputs

vMix is Running on a new pc buildthat exceeds the minimums for instant replay. Using a Decklink Duo 2 for SDI inputs. Also have a Media Recorder (the single SDI/HDMI) but cant remember the Blackmagic model name.
Blackmagic Media Express shows my camera output correctly. I have mirrored the settings in vMix but I only see an all green screen.
Camera is a Sony PXW-X70. Card is a BlackMagic Decklink Duo 2. SDI connection.
We are trying to get this set up for an instant replay system for sports. My students decided they wanted this over waiting a while and buying a 3-Play (we already had a tricaster) so I am left this summer to try to trouble shoot everything.
