You can learn a lot from watching the presentation by Dr Andrew Cross at the NewTek NAB event this year.

Oh, man, this is a terrible stream. The camera color science is bad IMHO, but the biggest problem: the audio/video is not in sync. Sometimes there is a frame drops, etc. So its not too professional from NewTek...

The video production and stream had nothing to do with us, it was whatever NAB had setup for that room. I don't recall what the gear was, but it all appeared to be a traditional baseband setup.
