I'm trying to make a http API shortcut to change fullscreen 1 output to another input

My url is

http://127.0.0.1:8088/api/?Function=SetOutputFullscreen&Input=4

and I get this error:
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.


Probably something simple, what am I doing wrong?
