This week I added a Panasonic AW-NH38 NDI/HX as the 2nd camera into our vMix. Today during service the camera's NDI input would sometimes break up and fracture like the decompression was not working correctly. I did not see this during testing. The problem did occurred before recording and live streaming were turned on, and it did not get worse while streaming and recording.

My configuration:
vMix 22.0.054 4K license
vmix Inputs:
1 NDI input from ProPresenter 6 running on an iMac. This uses the ProPresenter NDI addon module, the data is static slides so not a lot of changing data.
1 NDI input from Propresenter 6 run on a mac mini. This uses vMix capture and again is static slides
1 USB HDMI capture of a 1080x1920 @ 29.97 from canon HF G40 camera
1 NDI/HX Panasonic AW-NH38
1 - X-Box controller

vMix Outputs:
1 FullScreen HDMI 1008x1920 @ 29.97
1 Facebook stream 720x1280 @29.97
1 other stream 720x1280 @29.97
1 recording 1080x1920 @ 29.97
CPU, GPU and vMix percentages all below 25%

Computer:
i7
MSI GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GT OC Graphics Card
3 1080x1920 outputs (1 vMix FullScreen to other rooms in the building, 2 user monitors)

See video https://www.facebook.com.../videos/172527303664044/ at 2:00 mins into the video

I did use NDI studio monitor on a 2nd computer to check the AW-NH38 and and I think is was not present on the 2nd computer but not sure.

Any ideas what I can do to fix this?

Thanks.

I did more troubleshooting and have eliminated the camera. NDI studio monitor on another computer had no problems while the vMix computer had problems. The issue becomes more frequent when I have 3 NDI inputs vs 2 NDI inputs.

Wondering if tshe NIC is the problem. With NDI/HX being UDF it will have less error checking. So the old TCP based NDI input work fine with lost packets but the NDI/HX does not work.

Also the switch that all of the computers and camera are plugged into is a Netgear GS108-400NAS ProSAFE 8-Port Gigabit Switch with a bandwidth of 16 Gb/s.

1) Added a high performance Ethernet port to the vMix machine - no improvement
2) Changed the Netgear ProSafe GS108 switch for a Netgear GS110EMX switch, put the vMix computer on one of the 10G ports. Now working great.
