Hi I installed a RISCO RVCM82E0800A IP Speed Dome, 2MP, 25x, IR 100m, WDR Starlight, with a Poe connection. The PTZ camera is handled without problems by the supplied software, so I can make Pan Tilt and Zoom without problems. I also see it from Vmix when I select the input stream, but I can't manage the ptz commands. You can help me? Thank you. Good day everyone. ptz.jpg.jpeg (258kb) downloaded 0 time(s). ptz2.jpg.jpeg (186kb) downloaded 0 time(s). ptz2.jpg.jpeg (186kb) downloaded 0 time(s). ptz.jpg.jpeg (258kb) downloaded 0 time(s).

A security camera such as that one likely does not respond to "VISCA over UDP." It likely requires PTZ control via ONVIF, which vMix does not support.
You could try using the "ONVIF Device Manager" application which is freeware. It may be able to controlo that camera. Or something like TinyCam, which is an Android app.

As Device Type I used Test PTZ, I took the wrong photo. Only with Test PTZ vmix does not give me error, however I cannot make it move.
I stress that the camera has its own software through which I can easily move it, but clearly I do not have the VMIX functionality

it doesn't work like that for your camera vmix only connects to joystick controlled cameras which cost double
