Problem with font in vMix , not responding

Cant seem to get a specific font we installed to use in vMix titles on one particular computer
the font is used successfully on other computers with no problem at all within vMix
the font is usable in other applications on this particular computer
Currently using 6 units simultaneously at the same gig (3 MSI's and 3 Dell's) they all have the exact same settings and setup (on the one of the Dell vMix font is acting up )
reinstalled vMix (v21), the font and all repeatedly, no dice. all clean new computers. Never had that issue before with the same setups
Seems to be be very vMix related
any hints ?
Asking for colleague as he is obviously currently very busy
