I have Blackmagic DeckLink Quad card (not 2 generation). In supported hardware vMix list its not listed (there on only 2 Gen.). Another card I don't have. I trying connect cameras through this card, latest drivers installed, card working... vMix sees the devices, but nothing happens yet.
Did is it really impossible to use its card in vMix? Any tips or experience with using this card?

I'm also using the old quad, so it should definitely work in Vmix

Can you capture using BlackMagic Media Express? If you're not getting an image there then the problem is your configuration of the card, not vMix itself.
