Broadcast productions we are involved in all use RP188 to embed vitc or ltc timecode into the sdi video stream. It would be ideal if we could use incoming embedded rp188 to set the timecode for video frames recorded in vMix (rather than time of day) and have the output video send out the timecodes stamped on the recorded frames. We do this in some of our products based on AJA and Blackmagic cards (Both companies SDK's offer API's to read and write this information). Has anyone requested this functionality for vMix before?
