Our setup includes 3 NDI cameras with a separate Midas multi-channel soundboard utilizing a dedicated broadcast mix that is sent to a Behringer w/ XLR inputs and a USB output into our Vmix software. From the output on the Vmix screen and fullscreen view, I set the audio delay and we are spot on. However, when I view the Facebook live playback we are almost 1.5 seconds behind on video compared to audio.

We left most setting alone on the Facebook set up for streaming. We're outputting 1080p but if I recall, our bitrate was not set at 25 (where I see most set in tutorials I've viewed). Or did I miss the boat on something I'm not aware of? Seemed to me that if I had it right at the software output stage, the destination should have matched. But then again, I'm fairly new at this one.

Any and all help on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
