Hello,

I got a system with 2 blackmagic design cards.
The first card is a decklink studio and the second card is a intensity pro.

Both cards are listed in the supported hardware list.

My problem is now, that I can´t use the hdmi output (external output) from any card.
Both cards are installed well und vmix is displayed both cards.
At vmix settings, external output I have checked the device "decklink video render" and port "hdmi".

After this changes I have restarted the software.
Now when I click the External "Start" I got this error message (window):

vMix Error:
"Es wurden keine Zwischenfilter für die Herstellung der Verbindung gefunden."

Can you help me please?

I don't think you can use both hdmi input and output at the same time... can't you use the PC graphic card output?

That's true, input or output not both at the same time unless you have one of the quad SDI cards
