Can 3 people work on one project (production), on 3 different computers- example- one do the replays only on one computer, other one does lowerthirds, and other one does Scoreboards (SAME PRODUCTION, DIFFERENT COMPUTERS?

Yes, by using a combination of the inbuilt web controller, 3rd party controllers such as UTC, and the vMix PC. There are lots of posts in this forum on how to do this, the Help files, the Knowledge base and vMix tutorials on YT....spend some time and have a look!
