Tried finding a post or an article but wasn't able to find an answer.

I do a live show through Facebook live and I show my logo for the first two minutes when I go live to allow viewers to join. I'd like to play intro music when this image is displayed. I tried setting up triggers but no audio played.

Any advice? Thanks!

Add the audio to the graphic using the multiview. It may not be visible, but it will play when the graphic source is selected.

That fixed it. Thank you! Now, any advice on how I can make the image less "pixelated?"

Make your graphics the same resolution as your vMix project.
