Hi - as described earlier, we're building two new vMix PCs.
One has a Decklink QUAD 2 card, so we have 8 in- or outputs.
The other has a Decklick Duo 2 and the Decklink 8K
Our problem now is that PC 2 doesn't see 8 channels, like PC 1 does.
The Quad 2 card instantly pops us in vMix as 8 channels.
The 8K card seems to only have 1 channel.
Our dealer says the combination of Duo 2 and 8K should give us 4 x 1080p and 4 x 4K configurable in-/outpputs.
Can anyone here please tell me if this is the case and if so, why we don't seem to get more than one 4K channel on the 8K card?

@ ProSonas
You will have to ask Blackmagic. It is a bit of a disappointment that the Decklink 8K is single channel only. (not a lot of 8K cameras on the market or applications that support them, seems like a lot of money for a card that does not have much more to offer vMix than what you can get from an Intensity Pro 4K) Just my thoughts.
