PTZ Optics 20x vs Sony SRG360SHE

Looking for feedback on both of these cameras. I'm currently building out a 3 camera setup for my company, and have narrowed it down to these 2. Cost not being an issue, which camera would provide the best possible output and be the most reliable?
Thanks!

Similar specs, though the Sony is 30x. The Sony is significantly more expensive and does not support NDI|HX I use the PTZOptics in a corporate environment and can say they work fine. For the $ difference I would be hard pressed to justify the Sony.

We are also fine with the Ptzoptics and 20x, just calculate if you really need the 30x The support from Ptzoptics is reponsive and always tries to find a solution. No experience with the sony though.

Thanks for the advice. I think I'll go with the PTZOptics. Definitely don't need the 30x for the size of the space, so will likely go with the 20x.
Is the new NDI camera the same internally as the SDI camera, just with out of box support for NDI?
I'm planning on SDI connectivity to a magewell pro capture quad. If I remember right, NDI can be CPU intensive, right?
Has anyone used the PTZOptics joystick controller?

Be careful. The SDI output of PTZOptics in 1080P50/60 only supports Level A. If you are going to use any of these resolutions check that the Magewell card supports level A SDI input. Blackmagic does not support it and we have to use HDMI converters to SDI Level B. If you use 1080i50/60 you will have delay and flicker in the SDI output. Maybe it is a problem of the camera processor. We are currently using the RTSP capture and the result is very good without having to add additional capture cards. We connect the cameras to a POE Switch and we have PTZ control and video in good quality for Streaming with a single cable. The RTSP delay is approximately 150ms. 20X is enough for almost any daily production we do. At 25m we have an acceptable short shot.
About the joystick controller, I do not recommend it. It is not fluid to follow the speaker. They have delay in the movement of the camera and changing from one camera to another is very slow. Some buttons are useless and others do not respond properly. The focus buttons are impossible to use. There is a new version "without" delay, but i have not tried yet.
Hope it helps. Sorry about my english. Jose

I've been testing the Gen3 PTZ Optics IP Joystick controller and it is a marked improvement over the previous version. First, set up is so easy almost anyone can do it. The joystick takes some getting used to. There is a tad of latency, but once you get used to it, it's okay.

Yes, when running ptzoptics cameras into a BMD ATEM switcher I had to use Decimeter Design scaler/frame rate convertors to get the ATEM to see the cameras.

I have a couple of Sony SRG360SHE and was wondering if the PTZOptics 4D IP Joystick will work thru the network with these cameras. The Sony controller is expensive.
