Hi all,
next best thing comming up is e-gpu over tb3. does anybody have experience.
thinking about expanding my intel nuc skull with an egpu over tb3 because I can also use the egpu with my apple for editing.
but will Vmix work with the graphicscard in an egpu setup?

There are many existing threads here about TB3 enclosures for capture cards & eGPU. I suspect that capture cards dominate the discussion, since sensible folks are already using hosts with powerful CPU & GPU. There have been threads specific to NUCs.
Thus far, the Apple eGPU with the AMD GPU seems to be quite poorly received. Early reports were that it only accelerates very specific Adobe and Final Cut workflows.
vMix prefers nVidia GPUs.
