Not iPhone, but Android version. Works well enough IF you have very robust Wi-Fi. Also, draws down battery quickly. Phone (Google Pixel running Android Pie) got warm to the touch.

Yes it works for interviews and such short mobile inputs. A good wifi is a prerequisite.

yes I have used both NDI Camera and NDI cam on iOS. Works great.
I think there are 4 different apps for iOS now:
- these 2 from Newtek and Sienna
- JustWIfiCam from Garanin
- and a new one that was released lately > https://itunes.apple.com...=Landing%20Page&mt=8

There's no resolution or frame rate setting that I can see.
