I seemed to have backed myself into a corner with Vmix lately. Testing Vmix with various operating systems, different computers, i seemed to have used up my registration limit of 10 activations. "Your key has been activated 10 times" is the error message. I have lately built new computers, and change hard drives to SSD, and in every case , i prefer a fresh windows installation. A couple keys were used up testing NDI on computers with no SSE3, which is obviously required. My latest issue was Windows 10 pro, which runs Vmix very well, but unfortunately doesn't run other software very good. So swapping back to Windows 7 Ultimate, all things were aok, except of course, now i can't activate my Vmix. I've sent a support email/ticket the proper way, and have not received a reply. My question is a simple one, can i have my activations reset, or am i out of luck to use my paid Vmix app. ? All the other computers i have tested on all have been disassembled, as they were old and slow and did not have SSE3 CPU support.Hard drives were formatted etc. In my quest to build a great Vmix system, it is apparent i may have screwed myself. Any chance of a registration reset ,or am i done with Vmix ?

Thankyou VMixgreg. Sent another email, strange how the first one didn't go, but upon writing up the second, i see i may have not clicked on send message the 2nd time, when it refers you to the Q&A section. It seems one click of send message isn't enough, and requires a second click. Although i was sure it was delivered, i could be mistaken. I appreciate your quick response. Vmix rocks.

I have the same problem. Because of problems and experiments, I have installed a new OS many times. I did it on one PC. But now I can't use vMix. That's a problem for me. I wrote to technical support 3 messages, but did not receive a response. https://www.vmix.com/contact-us.aspx How can I solve this problem? What should I do?

Hi Vladimir,
The last email we have from you is 5 days ago regarding streaming. I have been able to locate your key though, and was able to reset it so you can use it again now.
We are working on a method of allowing users to reset keys themselves by deactivating systems no longer being used which we should hopefully have some news about in the coming weeks.
Regards,
Martin vMix
