Hello again!
I've been using the Logitech Rally PTZ webcam for a week or two. It's behavior exactly tracks what was earlier experienced with Logitech Brio at 4k30.
The Direct Show access method results in considerable latency and dropped frames. I expect that as with Brio access via MMF would eliminate the problem.
It seems that all Logitech webcams should be accessed via MMF when operating at 4k.
