I know this has been touched on before, I would like to see more Multiviewer layout options for fullscreen output. similar to what is found in the Tricaster.

+1
And it would be great if the fullscreen was independent of the master output resolution.
We are using a 1920x1080 monitor for controlling vMix and a 3840x2160 screen for viewing the multiview.

I agree that more options would be great, but don't forget that you can roll your own. Create a new input and set up the MultiView however you like (optionally with text overlays naming each camera). Then from the fullscreen settings, select the input you just created as the source. Now you've got your custom fullscreen layout.
Another possibility is to set up your newly created input as an output with ndi on. Then any device on the network could display your custom layout.

You should have more and better multiview templates. With me on camera and four guests, that’s five and I had to build my own. The first show I re-arranged the 9 templates by hiding some and shifting others around. I really did not understand how to build my own until the last Streaming Idiots class which was the day before my last episode. I struggled with it the night before, and made it work. But it would have been easier if it was a template.
Now that I have the template, it is confusing and difficult to know who is in which multiview tab. Yes, When I open Multiview in the five screen split input it shows the labeled names of each person. But the way I built the multi screen input is out of a logical order. Looking at the 10 label names now, it would be great to have an image of the split screen showing who is which number. To make it a bit more confusing, I built a lower moving layer as number one, so there are six filled tabs for the five people plus the moving looping video below. I see the image Multview tab and I think superimposed numbers on the images below would help.

+1 A good idea. I have a different problem. I have 2 monitors for "Fullscreen". However, on the 1st and 2nd, the same inputs are displayed to me. I would like to display 8 inputs on 1 screen and 8 inputs on the second screen.

A question to the admin. I care about the answers because I make orders for monitors. I want to know if buying a third screen is sensible. Can I show fullscreen 1 on the 2nd screen and fullscreen 2 on the third screen? The point is not to display the same sources as now.

Often we have 3 displays hooked up to a single PC. 1 - DVI - Technician screen - controlling vMix 2 - DVI - FullScreen1 - Multiview 3 - HDMI - FullScreen2 - Program output You can extend this using External outputs and NDI.

I'm sorry, I did not express myself very precisely. I mean this scheme when I have more sources: 1 - DVI - Technician screen - controlling vMix 2 - DVI - FullScreen1 - Multiview 1 3 - HDMI - FullScreen2 - Multiview 2
