Hey Folks,

i hope you guys can help me out. Lots of time is running down, last chance is the forum of vMix.


Because most of my clients are not that familiar with replays, i am creating a setup for an very easy "One Button Replay Solution".


I just created a shortcut with the function "ReplayMarkInOut" and gave it the value of 4 seconds. In Advanced of the shortcut it also uses the functions "OverlayInput2Off" (its the score which has to disappear when replays are playing) and "ReplayPlayLastEventToOutput" so that it plays directly.

So one Button does the following:

1. Score is disappearing
2. Stinger is playing
3. 4 second replay is playing with 75% from the 2nd camera which is only for replays
4. Stinger is playing
5. Score comes back with a delay of 1500 ms (made by trigger with function OnTransitionOut)

So its really easy for people creating replays.

My setup now gets 4 Buttons for replays:

1. 4 second replay
2. 6 second replay
3. 8 second replay
4. Stop replay when its to long and we need to go back to live (Stinger is nervertheless playing when breaking up the replay)

Everything works fine and i am really happy. Maybe someone want to copy my idea. Have fun!


Now i have to update my "One Button Replay Solution" and have a big problem.

One of the clients wants to have 2 cameras for replays.

So i need to tell my replay short cuts from what camera he should play the replay. I try all the functions for shortcuts, but nothing worked out.


Hopefully someone has an idea for my problem?
